Bungalow

A single-story residential property, typically suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired individuals.

Advantage: Suitable for elderly or disabled individuals due to single-story layout.

Disadvantage: Often occupies larger land area, may lack flexibility in space, and can be challenging to find in urban areas.

Semi-detached house

A semi-detached house is a type of residential property that shares one common wall with another house. It typically consists of two separate residences, each occupying one half of the building. Semi-detached houses are often similar in appearance to detached houses but are generally more affordable.

Advantage:
They provide a middle ground between detached houses, offering some degree of privacy and independence, and terraced houses, which have shared walls with multiple neighboring properties.

Disadvantage: However, semi-detached houses may still face some issues related to noise transfer and limited outdoor space compared to detached houses.

Detached House

A standalone residential property with no shared walls with neighboring houses.

Advantage: Complete independence, better privacy, and more outdoor space, often quieter.

Disadvantage: Typically more expensive, higher maintenance costs, and may be less conveniently located.

Terraced House

A series of homes joined together, with shared walls between each house.

Advantage: Convenient location, relatively affordable, and offers some social interaction with neighbours.
Disadvantage: Potential noise and privacy issues, limited outdoor space.

Loft Apartment

Loft apartments feature open-plan layouts, unique industrial aesthetics, and high ceilings. They are often converted from industrial spaces and offer a trendy and spacious living environment.

Advantages: Open design, unique style, spaciousness.

Disadvantages: Potential for noise issues, higher maintenance costs, may not appeal to those who prefer traditional styles.

1 bed 1 bath

1 bed 1 bath: A residential property with one bedroom and one bathroom.

Advantage: Suitable for individual or couple occupancy, typically lower rent or purchase price.

Disadvantage: Small space, not suitable for family living.

2 beds 2 baths

A residential property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Advantage: Additional bedroom and bathroom, suitable for small families or shared accommodation.

Disadvantage: Higher rent or purchase price, may exceed some budgets.

3 beds 2 baths

A residential property with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Advantage: More bedroom space, suitable for larger families or those needing extra bedrooms.

Disadvantage: Larger space and price, may not suit those with limited budgets.

Duplex Apartment

An apartment spanning two floors, typically with bedrooms upstairs and living and kitchen areas downstairs.

Advantage: Provides larger living space, clear zoning, and good privacy.

Disadvantage: Higher rent or purchase price, and higher maintenance costs.

Penthouse

A luxurious apartment located on the top floor of a building, often with stunning views and a private terrace.

Advantage: Offers beautiful views, good privacy, and often luxurious amenities.

Disadvantage: Very high rent or purchase price, high maintenance costs, and potential inconvenience due to height.

Mansion

A large luxury residence, usually featuring multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and social spaces.

Advantage: Provides luxurious living experience with ample space and amenities.

Disadvantage: High maintenance costs, may require hiring professional staff for management, not suitable for those with limited budgets.

Choose your accommodation

Services

We offer student accommodations in a variety of locations with different types of properties available. There are three sets of services that we offer. We invite you to submit your interest by filling out the form at the end of page.

Set 1: Letting Only

Upon the student's request, we will contact the landlord to arrange online viewings and open relevant accounts (e.g. electricity, water, etc.).

Additional paid services are also available to students, including:

Furniture purchase and installation
Airport pick-up and delivery of keys
Package collection
Pre-arrival cleaning

Set 2: Full Management

Apart from the services in Set1, we also offer a bills payment service, a day-to-day repair service (if the landlord is unable to fulfill their responsibilities on time), and a deposit recovery service at the end of the tenancy.

Additional paid services are also available to students, including:

Furniture purchase and installation
Airport pick-up and delivery of keys
Package collection
Pre-check-in and pre-check-out cleaning
Daily cleaning arrangement
Daily lunch and dinner delivery
Follow-up assistance for students after they have completed their transaction

Set 3: Buy to Let

*Meaning of Buy to Let: Using the income from the rental of real estate to pay for tuition, books, and other expenses related to education.

As part of our services, we offer to view properties on behalf of parents, provide guidance, and calculate a reasonably accurate return on investment.

Additional paid services are also available, including：

Engaging a solicitor for you to assist in the resolution of financial difficulties.
Arrange for a mortgage advisor for future needs.
Arrangement of simple renovations and furnishings after the purchase and possession of the home.
